With an extensive corporate background, Claudia held VP and SVP roles at Burberry and Tory Burch and worked at Gap Inc., PwC, and Banking  where she shaped global retail business strategies.

Having lived and led teams across the USA, UK, China, Japan, and Austria, she brings a global perspective, equipping leaders to navigate complexity, adapt to diverse expectations, and refine their leadership for maximum impact.

She specializes in coaching high-achieving leaders who excel cognitively but struggle with emotional effectiveness, helping them develop the emotional intelligence needed to lead with confidence and connection.
