Starting in banking, accounting and retail, Claudia moved up through the ranks in a variety of roles with such brands as Bank Austria, Gap Inc, Price Water House Coopers, Burberry and Tory Burch. She knows what it means (and feels like) to be on the firing line. As a senior executive leading planning and allocations functions, she led comprehensive change management initiatives that drove innovation, reset roles, expectations and interdependencies.

Claudia delivers executive assessments for both selection and development, working closely with the HR organization to evaluate role fit and potential for success. Claudia also works in organizations to help align the change vision with day-to-day execution.
